Receiving the Dedication and Valor Award marks a momentous occasion; it is the first of its kind in the history of Ghanaian table tennis.

This award is a testament to the unwavering commitment of the New Juaben Table Tennis Club, not only for producing champions but also for their impactful social initiatives that positively influence many lives. The club’s legacy is further highlighted by the achievements of its members, including SWAG award recipients such as Nana Yaw Boateng, Hagar Amo, and Samuel Akayade. Notably, the club celebrated the incredible milestone of having a male player qualify Ghana for its first Olympic appearance in the men’s team category.

Mr. Felix Adjetey Sowah, the dedicated chairman of the club, has graciously dedicated this award to the founder of the club, the late Daasebre Nana Kwaku Boateng II, the esteemed live patron Daasebre Nana Kwaku Boateng III, the paramount chief of the New Juaben Table Tennis Club, Retired Coach Vincent Ankama Arhin (founding member of the club), as well as the directors, executives, players, and all stakeholders.
